January 5, 2017, the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company - Societe Generale de Surveillance S.A. （SGS）signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Biolight.
During the ceremony, Biolight and SGS have reached consensus on cooperation of Product Testing & Certification and industry-leading laboratory system, and signed a Memorandums of Strategic Cooperation. Mr. Zhaohui, the director of consumer electronics division of SGS unveiled a plaque“Medical Devices collaborating laboratory”.
Early in 2013, Biolight and SGS have collaborated on RoHS laboratory testing. The two sides further strengthen and deepen cooperation through close consultation and coordination.
This cooperation involved areas of Product Testing & Certification and laboratory system building, covering Patient monitor, ECG machine, Homecare and about 10 kinds of medical products. Biolight had the access to use professional and various customized services provided by SGS. Thus, Biolight could integrate R&D and Testing better and improve efficiency of Quality Management System markedly.
At the signing ceremony, Mr. Yan Jinyuan, the chairman of Biolight Group, said “With our global business development, we pay more and more attention to quality and international certification. This cooperation integrates the resource advantages of both sides. We believe our product will be more competitive in the international market, as global service network and specialty technical level of SGS guarantee quality and certification for Biolight’s exprots.”
